Using a brow brush, dip it into the brow powder and apply to the bottom edge of your brows creating a “soft” outline of the natural brow. Next, take the brush without powder and fluff color up into brows to soften. Be sure to fill in gaps. Always fluff color in after initial placement to avoid harsh lines.
